Simple steps for saving, opening and printing a Learnwild PDF, so you can get on with learning together.

Find the help you need
Save and open your PDF
After your payment is confirmed, use the download link shown with your order or in the order email. If you checked out with an account, your available files will also appear under Downloads in My Account.
- Download the PDF and save it somewhere you can find again, such as a Learnwild folder.
- Open the saved file in a PDF reader. On a phone or tablet, look in your Files or Downloads app.
- Read the parent instructions and check which pages and materials you need before printing.
Guest checkout does not require an account. Keep your order email so you can find your download link again.
Print a clear first copy
Choose A4 paper
Select A4 and check the page orientation in print preview. Use one page per sheet for the activity pages.
Check the scale
Start with Actual size or 100%. If edges are clipped, try Fit to printable area. Follow any page-specific instructions for activities where size matters.
Print a test page
Check that instructions, outlines and activity spaces are clear before printing more. Single-sided printing is a useful starting point for pages you will cut or write on.
You can print only the pages you plan to use by entering their PDF page numbers in the print dialogue. Check the preview before confirming.
Colour may be needed for colour-based activities. For other pages, try a grayscale test first and check that all the details remain easy to distinguish.
Common download and printing questions
I cannot find my order email.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm which email address you used at checkout. If you used an account, check its Orders and Downloads sections. Contact us if you still cannot locate the order.
The PDF will not open.
Check that the download has finished and the filename ends in .pdf. Try downloading it again using a stable connection, then open the saved file in a PDF reader.
The download link does not work.
Contact us with the order number, pack title and the message you see. We can investigate the order and download access. Please do not share payment-card details or passwords.
The printout is cropped or too small.
Check A4 paper, one page per sheet and the scale setting. Use print preview to check the whole page, and try Fit to printable area if your printer clips the edges.
Can I edit the file or have a book delivered?
The current product is a printable digital PDF. Editable files and printed delivery are not included.
Can I use a printing service?
If you do not have a printer, check whether a local printing service can print the PDF for your permitted use. Confirm the paper size, colour choices and cost with that service before printing.
