Effective 22 September 2026.

Orders covered

This policy covers current digital purchases and future physical books when expressly offered for sale. Physical copies will be printed on demand with no preprinted stock held and delivered by courier within South Africa. Buying a pack or book is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Statutory cancellation rights remain protected.

Before paying

You can remove an item from your basket or leave checkout before making payment. No cancellation charge applies to an unpaid order. If your bank shows a debit or payment is pending, contact us before ordering again.

After paying but before downloading

Email info@learnwild.co.za or contact us through https://www.learnwild.co.za/contact-us/ promptly with your order number, purchase email and the item you wish to cancel. Download access may be issued automatically, so we cannot promise that a request will stop release immediately. Avoid using the download while we review an accidental-order request. We will confirm whether cancellation is accepted, any access changes and any refund due under our Refund Policy or applicable law.

After downloading

For a downloaded pack, the Refund Policy applies. We do not offer an additional discretionary change-of-mind cancellation after download, but this does not remove applicable cooling-off rights or remedies for a faulty, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered resource. Downloading is not treated as an automatic waiver of all consumer rights.

Cancelling a physical order

Contact us immediately if you want to cancel or change a physical order. We will check whether printing has started and whether dispatch can be stopped. We cannot promise that a change can be made after production begins. Starting production or dispatch does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. The Refund Policy explains the book exclusion from ECTA cooling-off rights. We will explain any lawful, reasonable charge before applying it; no production, administration or restocking charge applies to a cancellation under ECTA section 44. After delivery, use the printed-book return process in our Refund Policy.

Personalisation and mixed orders

A future personalised order may have different cancellation rights, which must be explained before you pay. Standard print-on-demand books are not automatically treated as personalised. If an order includes digital and physical items, tell us which items you wish to cancel. Download access already used and production already started will be considered separately, without limiting statutory rights.

If Learnwild cannot complete an order

If we cannot supply a purchased pack, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a materially different resource without your agreement. Cancelling one item does not cancel the remaining items unless you request this and cancellation is available.

Cancellation confirmation

We will confirm the outcome using the order contact details and explain any refund and return arrangements. Digital access ends where lawful for cancelled digital items. Printed items may need to be returned if already delivered. Keep the order and cancellation records. Effective date: 22 September 2026.
