Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

About these terms
These terms explain purchases and permitted use of Learnwild printable learning resources at https://www.learnwild.co.za. Read them together with our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy before ordering. Nothing in these policies limits a right or remedy that applicable consumer law gives you.
Who you are buying from
The seller is Ryan Murray, a sole proprietor trading as Learnwild. Physical business address and address for legal notices: 35 Skilpadvlei, Nerina, Durbanville, 7550, South Africa. Telephone: 073 458 1702. Customer support email: info@learnwild.co.za. Website: https://www.learnwild.co.za. You can also contact us through https://www.learnwild.co.za/contact-us/.
Our resources
We currently sell digital PDF learning packs. We plan to offer physical books printed on demand and delivered by courier within South Africa. We hold no stock of preprinted books. Physical copies are available only when a product page expressly offers a printed option. Check the format selected before paying: a digital purchase does not include a printed book, and a printed book does not include a downloadable PDF unless expressly included. The product page describes the language, learning stage, contents and format. Tuition, professional assessment and editable source files are not included unless expressly offered.
Placing an order
An adult must place or authorise the purchase. Review the resource, format, quantity, contact details, delivery address where needed and total before paying. You can correct mistakes or leave checkout before submitting payment. We accept your order when we confirm acceptance following successful payment; an automated payment acknowledgement alone is not acceptance. Accepted digital orders receive download access. Accepted physical orders proceed to production under the disclosed schedule. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. Keep your confirmation and a copy of these terms.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in South African rand. Applicable taxes, courier charges and the full total must be shown before you confirm payment. Digital downloads have no courier fee. A physical order may carry a courier charge based on the delivery address and order. Your own internet, printing and banking costs are separate. Use a payment method displayed at checkout. Pending or unsuccessful payments do not release downloads or start production. If your bank shows a debit, contact us before paying again.
Downloads and access
We release download access after payment is successfully confirmed. Our Delivery Policy explains delivery, technical requirements and access problems. Any download limits or expiry dates must be disclosed before purchase. Save a backup for your permitted use; permanent online storage and access to future editions are not included unless expressly stated.
Printed books and courier delivery
When physical books become available, each copy will be produced after an order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Production time is separate from courier transit time. The product page or checkout will state production and delivery estimates, delivery charges and any service-area restrictions before payment. Delivery is within South Africa only. See our Delivery Policy for addresses, tracking, delays and delivery problems. Print-on-demand does not by itself mean a standard book is personalised or non-returnable.
Permission to use the resources
Unless a product includes a different licence, digital purchases permit downloading, saving and printing for learning within one household. You may print additional copies for children in that household. A print service may print your authorised copies but may not retain or redistribute the PDF. A physical purchase supplies the printed copy ordered; it does not grant a right to scan, digitise or reproduce the book. Contact us about classroom, tutoring or multi-household copying permissions. These terms preserve uses and rights permitted by copyright law.
Protecting the content
Copyright remains with Learnwild or the relevant rights holder. Do not resell paid PDF files, publicly upload content, share paid download links, remove ownership notices or reproduce substantial content commercially without permission. This clause does not restrict lawful dealings in an owned physical copy or uses permitted by copyright law. Free resources remain subject to their stated licence; share their public resource page rather than paid files.
Using activities with children
An adult should read each activity first, supervise its use and choose materials and tasks suitable for the child. Adapt activities to the child’s needs and stop if an activity is unsafe or distressing. Our resources support learning and parent–child interaction. They do not diagnose a condition, replace professional advice or guarantee a particular developmental, school-readiness or academic result.
Refunds cancellations and problems
Our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy cover digital-file problems, print faults, incorrect items, non-delivery and duplicate payments. Digital and physical orders have different fulfilment processes. Downloading or starting production does not automatically remove statutory rights. Mandatory law prevails over conflicting policy wording. Discounted products receive the same statutory protections as other purchases.
Privacy and responsibility
We use order and contact details to process purchases and assist customers. For physical orders, fulfilment requires relevant delivery details to be shared with our print and courier providers. Read the separate Privacy Policy for the applicable practices. Do not send children’s names, photographs or sensitive information for routine support. We remain responsible where the law requires it, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and governing law
Contact us with your order number and a clear explanation of the problem. We will investigate and explain the proposed resolution. You retain the right to approach a competent consumer authority, ombud, tribunal or court; contacting us does not require you to give up those rights. South African law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
Changes to these terms
The version presented when you order applies to that purchase. Later changes apply prospectively and will not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing order. Effective date: 22 September 2026.
