What we deliver
We currently supply digital PDF learning packs. In future, where a product expressly offers a physical option, we will print copies on demand and send them by courier within South Africa. We hold no stock of preprinted books. Check the selected format before buying. A PDF order has no physical delivery; a printed order does not include a PDF unless the listing says it does.
Digital download timing
Download access is released after payment has been successfully confirmed. Access is normally made available automatically following that confirmation; payment checks, a pending payment or a technical interruption can cause a delay. A payment receipt alone may not mean that download access has been issued. If payment is confirmed but access is missing, contact us so we can investigate and provide the purchased file or the remedy required by law.
Where to find your download
Follow the download instructions in your order confirmation or order email. If you created an account and the order is linked to it, check My Account and its Downloads section. Check your spam or junk folder if the email has not arrived. Use the email address entered at checkout and keep your order reference. Do not share paid links publicly.
Technical and printing requirements
You need an internet connection, sufficient device storage and a PDF reader that supports the supplied file. Printing also requires a suitable printer, paper and ink, or a print service. These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the pack price. Check the product description for page size, language and any special requirements. Download the file fully before opening it and print a test page before printing a complete pack.
Download limits and backups
Any download-count limit or access expiry applicable to a product must be shown before purchase and in the relevant order information. Save a backup of the purchased file for your permitted use. If a link has expired, does not work or says its limit has been reached, contact us with your order reference. We will verify your purchase and help restore access where appropriate. A purchase does not promise permanent hosting or access to future editions unless the product expressly includes these.
If something goes wrong
Visit https://www.learnwild.co.za/download-printing-help/ for basic guidance. If access still fails, email info@learnwild.co.za or use https://www.learnwild.co.za/contact-us/ to report the download issue. Include your order number, purchase email, pack name and error message. Do not pay for the same pack again just because a download has failed. We will investigate whether the problem concerns payment confirmation, the link, the supplied file or device compatibility.
Physical production and delivery timing
Physical fulfilment has two stages: printing and courier delivery. Before you pay, the listing or checkout will show the estimated production time, the courier transit estimate for your address and when each period begins. Production starts only after successful payment and order acceptance, and any agreed proof approval where personalisation is offered. A dispatch estimate is not the date the parcel will arrive. We will not describe made-to-order books as ready stock.
South African addresses and courier charges
Physical delivery is limited to South Africa. Enter a complete street address, suburb or town, province, postal code, recipient name and reachable telephone number. The address must be accepted by the courier service offered at checkout. Any remote-area restrictions, surcharges or unavailable services must be disclosed before payment. Review the total courier fee before ordering. Contact us before paying if your address is not supported; we will not silently add an undisclosed delivery fee.
Dispatch and tracking
We will send the dispatch details and the courier tracking reference where available to your order contact details. A printer or fulfilment partner may dispatch the parcel on our behalf. Learnwild remains your contact for the order. Digital and physical items in a combined order are delivered separately; receiving a download does not mean a book has been dispatched.
Address changes and missed delivery
Tell us promptly if an address needs correction. We will confirm whether a change is still possible. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or nobody could receive it, we will contact you about the next step. Any reasonable additional courier charge must be explained and agreed before redelivery, where lawful. We will not charge you to correct an error caused by us or our fulfilment providers.
Delays loss or damage
If printing or transit is delayed, we will communicate the revised estimate and available options. Contact Learnwild if tracking stops, the parcel is missing or the book arrives damaged. We will investigate with the printer or courier; you do not have to resolve our supplier claim yourself. We retain responsibility for the parcel until you or your authorised recipient receives it. Signing for a parcel does not remove your rights concerning damage or defects.
If we cannot deliver
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Where ECTA section 46 applies, an order must be fulfilled within 30 days unless another period was agreed; failure permits cancellation on seven days’ written notice. If supply is unavailable, we will notify you and refund within 30 days of that notice. Other mandatory remedies remain available. See the Refund Policy for delivery failures and faulty items.
Free resources and version
Free resources follow the instructions on their own pages. Physical-delivery clauses become relevant only when a printed option is available for purchase; they do not announce that physical sales have launched. Effective date: 22 September 2026.
